741 Blockchains is building a smart contract ecosystem that addresses the limitations present in today's Ethereum ERC20 and ERC721 standards 

Today’s blockchain tokens are either fungible and divisible (e.g. ERC20 ) or non-fungible and atomic (e.g. ERC721). In the context of tokenizing physical or digital assets, fungible and divisible tokens have been issued to represent equal and indistinguishable claims on assets such as the net income attributed to the Binance exchange, while non-fungible tokens (NFTs) have been issued to represent assets made up of individual but unique atomic goods such as in-game items and online domains.

The problem is, many physical and digital assets are both non-fungible and non-atomic. Examples of these include 2D assets such as land or rights to location-based advertisements as well as 3D assets such as claims over underground mining rights or airspace.

741 technologies is solving this problem by developing the world’s first token standard for non-fungible non-atomic goods by implementing continuous fractal space-filling curve algorithms onto the blockchain.
